At CozyNights Canada, your satisfaction with our luxury bedding is our priority. We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure you love your purchase.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

In original, unused condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
Free from stains, odors, or damage
Accompanied by original purchase receipt

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at returns@cozynightscanada.com
Receive your prepaid return shipping label (within Canada)
Package items securely and attach the return label
Drop off at any Canada Post location

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Original payment method will be credited
Shipping costs are refundable for defective items only

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange shipping within Canada is complimentary for the first exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Pillows and pillow inserts
Mattress protectors (unless defective)
Custom or personalized bedding

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
